My fellow Toastmasters –
We had a full meeting with participation by all.
Jenna, our President opened the meeting before turning it over to Angela, Toastmaster for the day. With “copious” amounts of preparation, she introduced two speakers. Sal did his Icebreaker speech with “Father of the Bride”, his toast to his daughter and future son in law. Phil recounted his “Musical Journey”, the the fourth project from the Competent Communicator Manual, coming back to play piano in the same church he played 15 years before. Zach led Table Topics, with the respondents picking coins, reading the year, and talking about what was meaningful in that year. Summer, as General Evaluator, introduced her team of Evaluators, Dave and Phil, and Jenna as Timer. Returning for the second time as guest was Ron Corbett.
