Fast Forward/Rewind for Friday, March 13, 2020
Hello Everyone! We had a fantastic meeting this morning with 10 in attendance which included a visitor, Julia. Karen, Anu, Angela and Norris met Julia when we worked the Farmers Market last year. Norris was Toastmaster this morning and chose ‘Disability’ as Word of the Day. Savannah was our only speaker giving us a speech about the Eight Main Emotions. She gave us a few examples of these emotions with some audience participation. Norris used the quote Jennifer gave us last week to ask a thought provoking question, If you were an actor/actress what character would you play? Very interesting! Bettina led us in Table Topics with questions from a book titled ‘2000 Questions About Me’. Definitely a hodgepodge for her to choose from. Dave was our General Evaluator and Karen evaluated Savannah. Jennifer was our Timer/Grammarian. We all survived Friday the 13th!
