My fellow Toastmasters –
The theme of the day was “openness” and the word of the day was “receptive”. That would describe the club this morning with a guest, Bobette.
Dave opened the meeting and turned it over to Jenna, the Toastmaster. Phil M spoke about, “My First Sporting Event” and Phil S graciously stepped forward to do a pocket speech. Mike led Table Topics, wit a jar full of thought starters for a family meal. Dave and Jenna did evaluations, Dave concluded the morning with the Timer/Grammarian report
