My fellow Toastmasters –
Busy meeting this morning with two first time speakers at Sunrise!
Angela was Toastmaster this morning and used “passion” as the word of the day. Jennifer did her Icebreaker, practicing a speech for tomorrow, “Trailblaze Challenge” and David G did his first speech at the club, “Puppy Training”. (I hope I got the name correct.) Jenna led Table Topics challenging our view of leadership, and Alvin led his team of evaluators, Dave and Phil S. Kudos to Ron who did timing for the first time.
Toastmasters Leadership Training is next Saturday, 2/18, from 8am-12pm. While required for officers, everyone is invited as it a great way to learn about the leadership roles in Toastmasters.
