Kerstin Haase holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and brings over 30 years of experience at the crossroads of tech and healthcare. For the past two decades, she’s focused on improving clinical and IT workflows for healthcare providers and partners alike.

She’s passionate about building strong partnerships and believes everyone deserves a safe, efficient, and empowering work environment. Her mission? Happy teams, loyal customers, and fewer headaches for everyone.

A committed Toastmaster, Kerstin has served as Secretary, VP of Education, and Club President—helping others (and herself) build confidence, sharpen communication, and grow as leaders.

Kerstin lives near Greensboro, North Carolina, with her husband Jim, two fabulous kids, a beloved daughter-in-law, and two high-energy dogs who treat the garden like a personal obstacle course and turn every walk into an adventure.
