Congratulations to Sunrise Toastmaster Bettina (Tina Joe) Ross for her outstanding performance at the 2026 Area 31/34 International Speech Competition! Tina Joe won first place for her speech titled “Permission to Exist Beyond Survival,” and she will advance to the Division competition to be held on April 11. Her Sunrise Toastmasters family is aware of how much work and practice she put into her presentation and we could not be more proud of her accomplishment. Way to go, Tina Joe!!
