Fast Forward/Rewind for January 3rd, 2020
Our first meeting of the new decade was exciting. We met in our alternate room with six in attendance. Since we had a break for the holidays we started a little late to give folks a chance just in case they went to our other room. Dave called an audible and filled in as Toastmaster with ‘Garbage’ as Word of the Day. A few of us used it our responses to Table Topics headed up by Karen with items she brought from home. David gave us our only speech about mentoring within Toastmasters. Norris gave the evaluation for David. Dave doubled as Timer/Grammarian too.
