We had a strong meeting Friday morning, with great speeches and really fun table topics. Brian served as Toastmaster, offering up “conspire” as the word of the day. In his speech “Taking One for the Team,” Dave urged us to consider our information carefully when we rely on the internet. As our second speaker, Savannah challenged us to think about what we say and to be true to yourself in your statements and actions. Mike got creative with fortune “cookies” for Table Topics. And Norris led a strong evaluation team, which included Angela, Bettina and Karen.
For next week we are in Room 43 (across from the parking deck), and roles are as follows. If you are scheduled for a role and can’t make it, please contact our Toastmaster, Bettina, and let her know.
