
Bettina Ross is a highly motivated and versatile professional with an MBA in HR Management, passionate about empowering individuals to overcome personal boundaries and design their own paths. As an aspiring Mind Architect and Lifestyle Design Strategist, Bettina aims to achieve her goals through impactful keynote speaking engagements, workshops, and transformative online courses.
Bettina was a semi-finalist for the 2025 Presidential Management Fellow Program and is currently a DOE Scholar at the Department of Energy’s Loan Program Office, where she has contributed to strategic initiatives in talent acquisition and learning & development. Her professional experience includes developing and delivering a mindful leadership series, redesigning new hire orientation processes, and assisting with training compliance and internship program development. She has also leveraged her entrepreneurial spirit as an Operations Manager for PoP GLITTA, LLC, leading public relations and marketing initiatives.
A proud alumna of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with both an MBA in HR Management and a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication, Bettina is committed to continuous growth. She is actively involved in professional development, including Leadership U for Humanity and monthly 1:1 coaching, and is proficient in areas such as talent development, public speaking, and strategic planning. Her involvement in Toastmasters as VP of Public Relations and her current role as the VP of Education directly align with her long-held dream of being a motivational speaker. Bettina is currently developing a 5-year Planner and Guide to assist others on their personal and professional journeys, which she plans to launch in late 2025.
