Great meeting this morning! Angela led the meeting as Toastmaster; her word of the day was panacea. Alvin gave a great speech, “Pride,” recounting the early days of his medical career. Savannah did Table Topics where we were challenged to figure out the back stories of people’s “last words.” Dave even pulled one of the blue when he identified the last words of a convicted killer before being put to death before a firing squad in Utah. Remember, Toastmasters is a panacea for all that ails you when you stand in front of people!
